For long-distance freight, keep route and LR details with the bill. Record tolls and fuel as expenses, and distinguish a trip advance from the final customer payment.
Tanker trip ka hisab
Keep loading and delivery locations together with the freight charge. Add detention days and rates when waiting time is billed; track fuel and toll costs against the trip.
Trailer freight aur trip khata
For larger loads, keep the agreed freight, vehicle number and trip references on the same invoice. Use separate trip lines when one customer is billed for several movements.
Tempo ka daily hisab
Keep short-route delivery work organised by customer and trip. Combine multiple deliveries into a bill and record partial receipts without losing sight of the remaining balance.
Chhota Hathi ka kharcha
For small commercial delivery runs, enter routes and an agreed freight amount without requiring a weight calculation. Keep running expenses and customer dues in the same workspace.
Pickup gaadi ka hisab
Record local and intercity pickup trips with their customer, driver and vehicle. Separate freight earnings from recorded operating costs and follow up outstanding invoices.
Dumper load aur payment ka hisab
Use the quantity and rate agreed with the customer, or enter a freight amount directly. Keep repeated material movements as individual trip lines when preparing a customer bill.
Tipper trip aur diesel ka hisab
Keep site-to-site routes and customer freight charges organised. Record diesel and other costs as expenses, and use a dated customer ledger when reconciling payments.
Vehicle names describe common freight use cases, not manufacturer partnerships. The workflow is shared; choose the quantities, rates and expense records appropriate to your own business.
Keep the work and its paperwork connected. These are the tools available today, without promises of unsupported accounting or tax features.
Create freight invoices with multiple trip lines, routes, vehicles and LR references. Show detention and trip advances separately so customers can follow each charge.
Keep billed amounts, recorded receipts and customer balances together. Download a customer ledger PDF for an inclusive date range, with opening and closing balances.
Link customers, drivers and vehicles to a trip. Track planned, in-transit and delivered work, then create an invoice from a completed trip.
Record trip expenses and general business expenses. Keep fuel, toll and other operating costs linked to the relevant work instead of scattered across notes.
Record advance, partial and full payments with the payment method and receipt reference. See what has been received and what remains due for each invoice.
Print freight invoices and download branded customer ledger PDFs. Add your own signature and business seal if you want them included on your documents.

No. The app provides operational billing, payment records and expense bookkeeping, not a complete general ledger or GST-return filing service. The illustrative GST calculation is not tax advice; confirm the applicable treatment with your accountant.
Recorded trip costs and freight help you review your work, but complete vehicle profit also depends on costs such as maintenance, insurance, financing and depreciation. There is no standalone truck profit calculator on this site; do not treat invoice totals as net profit.
